Return & Exchange Policy

At Love Fearlessly Outreach, every product is made and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our items—including books, affirmation cards, journals, devotionals, and apparel—we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Dissatisfaction with content or design

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective (misprint, tear, damage during shipping) or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer one of the following:

• A replacement of the same item
• A full refund if a replacement is not available

3. How to Report a Defect

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• Email us at lovefearlessly3@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Once reviewed, we’ll respond within 3 business days with next steps

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item.
